Parents, discuss with your child that Jesus is the "Bread of Life" and God gave us this Bread so that we can be fed and nourished at Mass whenever we receive the Body of Christ during communion. This Bread is different than the bread we eat at home...it is Jesus and he will be with us in a very special way to help us be the best we can be. God shares himself with us so we can grow in faith and love for God and be strong enough to serve and help others.
